TermiteTreat provides termite inspection, treatment, and repair services. All estimates provided online are preliminary and subject to on-site verification by a licensed inspector.
Specific warranty terms for treatments (e.g., "Termite-Free Guarantee") will be provided in your service agreement. Warranties are void if the structure is altered or if moisture conditions are not maintained as advised.
TermiteTreat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort.
